Motivation & goal setting can be as easy, or as difficult as you want to make it. For some, limiting daily sugar intake can be a goal through the next two weeks, while for others – going back to school, starting a new hobby, or changing the way life is viewed can be goals.
No matter what you decide to do in the next two week, always remember four simple words:
No matter what happens in weeks 3 & 4 – always remember, if you are doing it for yourself, you can’t possibly go wrong. By improving your own life, you end up improving the lives of those you see each and every day.
During this portion of the challenge, we will be giving you homework (that’s right – HOMEWORK), on ways you can increase your motivation to reach your goals.
Remember – this isn’t supposed to be a chore, so the homework will be fun – all we want to do is get your creative juices flowing – allowing you to become more proactive with your future – all you need to do, is start with one goal at a time.
